Japan Trip

Well folks I just got back from a family vacation to Japan. We stayed in Osaka so I squeezed in time to go to the Super Rajikon Osaka. I was a little overwhelmed, haha. But I came away with the RD 2.0. Paid $176! ( with S15 body and wheels) Man a lot of stuff was so much cheaper. I wanted to buy more but was limited on space. Plus I'm still a complete drift newb so I didn't feel the need to buy all the top of the line stuff. In addition to that, I'm in the military stationed in South Korea and have to pack up my things and move to Europe in a couple of months. So I'll probably just to an unboxing of the RD and then a build thread when I get re established in Europe.

2toFly now you're cooking! I bet it would've been hard not to grab everything, it would have been for me that's for sure.

Definitely don't need to buy the top shelf stuff just starting out.

2toFly amazing! Japan is a great country to visit! Used to live in Okinawa for 10 years! Miss it everyday!!

Driver2 Track was pretty cool. Im fortunate enough to live about 30 minutes from one of the nicest tracks Ive seen here in South Korea, Hang Loose. Ive been there a few times, but no where near enough. Here's a pic of it

2toFly holy moly that place looks so epic, look at the size of the track too that's huge.

Did you end up having a flick around the track with a rental at all?

I have a MST RMX 2.0 that Ive been working with..haha. There is a second floor as well, that has a mini track and a shop( not much stock though) and a coffee bar. It is huge, I have no idea how they afford the overhead..haha, its in own freaking stand alone building ! I'll make a Korea track post and show more pics of the tracks I have seen here

2toFly my lord man, we need to fly over to Japan honestly you're making me want to book flights! It's own stand alone building? Holy moly.

I dare say it's a lot cheaper over there for real estate that's for sure.

Might be the place to open our own track!
